Panner is one of the favourite for most of us.I like panner very much and love to try dishes using panner.That is the way I invented this panner nuggets turned out crispy and tasty.
INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 200 grams
Maida - 1/3 cup
Corn flour - 1/3 cup
Salt - 1 tsp
Bread crumbs or rusk powder - 1/2 cup
Oil - for deep frying
FOR MARINATION
Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
Water - 1tsp
PROCEDURE
- Cut panner into small rectangles
- Marinate the panner with FOR MARINATION items
- Let it Marinate for 30 minutes
- In plate add maida,corn flour and salt and mix well
- Take bread crumbs into a plate
- Take a panner piece and roll into maida cornflower mixture
- And then roll into bread crumbs
- Place in the plate
- Add oil in a kadai for deep frying till golden brown
TIPS
- If you don't have bread crumbs you can skip that step and fry directly after coated with maida cornflour mixture

Marinate panner with to marinate items for 30 minutes


Add in maida, cornflour and salt
Roll marinated paneer in maida cornflour mixture
Roll the panner in bread crumbs

Place the rolled panner in a plate

Take oil in a kadai for deep frying

Fry the panner till golden

Drain the fried panner in the tissue

Serve hot with ketchup and evening tea
