 IMLEY CHUTNEY FOR CHATS 

Imley chutney is also used for chats. This basically called as sweet chutney . It is combination of sweet ,spicy and tangy taste. It is mainly used for chat items like dahi poori, pani puri , ragda pattice, and  so on 


INGREDIENTS 

Thick tamarind juice - 1/2 cup 
Chilli powder - 1 tsp 
Jeera powder - 1 tsp 
Jaggery - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste 

PROCEDURE 
- Add in tamarind juice and add little water to it 
- Add in salt, chilli powder, jeera powder, jaggery. 
- Allow it to boil for about 10 minutes till it reaches the thick consistency 
- Imley chutney is ready to serve 

TIPS 
- Store it in a airtight container 
- Store in refrigerator and use it for one month 

SERVING SUGGESTIONS 
- It can be served in dahi puri, ragda pattice, samosa chat, or any chat items

In a kadai add in tamarind juice and little water 






Add in salt 






Add in chilli powder 






Add in jeera powder 






Add in jaggery 






Allow it to boil for 10 mins till it thickens 





Imley chutney is ready to serve
